Returns

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 15 days of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges) and in the same form as the original payment type. Any claims for damaged orders or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of the package.

To start a return, you can contact us at monica@theosmats.com and we'll reach out to you with the next steps and instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
